Enrol

Before beginning your enrolment application, you will need to ensure you have copies of the following documents:

• Child’s Birth Certificate;
• Child’s Visa or Proof of Australian Citizenship (if not born in Australia);
• School Reports from the past two (2) semesters;
• NAPLAN Reports from the past three (3) years;
• Any Court Orders or documents concerning Parental Guardianship, Custody or living arrangements for the child;
• Immunisation Records (when enrolling in the Early Learning Centre)

If you are preparing to complete your Enrolment Application online, you will need to ensure that these documents are in a digital format (preferably DOC, DOCX or PDF)

In addition, you may be asked to supply the following documents (provided they are relevant to your chid):

• Copies of any relevant reports or assessments from Psychologists, Speech Pathologists or other relevant Allied Health Professionals
• Copies of the Student’s Individual Education Plan or other similar documents (if relevant)
• Copies of any letters or communication regarding previous behavioural incidences or suspensions

Please ensure that you are prepared with copies of these documents (if relevant) to accompany your application.

A small $50.00 Administration Fee is required to accompany Applications for Enrolment at Investigator College.

If completing your Enrolment Application online, this will need be paid securely via credit or debit card in order to complete the application process.

If completing your Enrolment Application using a physical form, payment will be required when your form is received by our Administration staff.

There are five easy steps in our Enrolment Process at Investigator College:

1. Complete an Enrolment Application

Use our Online Enrolment System, or download and complete a physical Enrolment Application Form and return it to our friendly Enrolments Team – ensuring that you attach or include copies of any required documents.

2. Application Review

Our Enrolments Team will review your application to ensure that we have all the information we need to enrol your child with us!

3. Enrolment Interview

You will be invited to attend an interview with one of our School Leaders (which may include a tour of our campus and facilities). Our interviews help us to better understand your child’s specific learning needs, and to discuss how we can best support your family as we welcome you into our teaching and learning community.

4. Final Review

We do one last check to make sure we have everything we need and that all parties are happy to proceed with the enrolment.

5. Enrolment Offer

You will receive a formal Enrolment Offer, which includes your Enrolment Contract and a few additional forms. Signing and returning this, along with your Enrolment Commitment Fee, secures your place with us and your child is officially a student at Investigator College!
