Schoolbox and Investigator College App
Our Learning Management System (LMS), Schoolbox, along with our Investigator College App keep our staff, students, parents and families connected and up-to-date.
From Reception through to Year 12, Schoolbox helps to keep our school community informed and connected.
Each student and each parent/caregiver with a student enrolled at Investigator College can access Schoolbox, and utilise it to receive updates and notifications, access school reports, and view upcoming excursions and events on our College Calendar.

Schoolbox is a cloud-based platform which aims to connect our staff, students, parents and families. It allows our College Community to share updates, notifications, events, documents and other important information, to help ensure we all work together to provide the best possible experience for each individual student.

What can I do in Schoolbox?
After logging into Schoolbox, students, staff and parents are able to:
View Upcoming Events and Excursions
Keep track of upcoming events, excursions and key dates with access to our College Calendar.
View Current and Previous Academic Reports
Access and download copies of your child’s academic reports and view feedback on their learning.
Keep Track of Upcoming Work & Assignments
View due dates for coursework and assessment items (available to both Parents/Caregivers and Students).
Receive Notifications and Updates
Begin your enrolment journey at Investigator College – collect your Enrolment Application and meet our friendly Enrolments and Admissions staff.

Schoolbox User Guides
To assist new users with the basics of Schoolbox, our ICT Team have assembled a small suite of User Guides, which are available below.
Each User Guide covers new topics and features. If you have never used Schoolbox before, it is recommended that you engage with each guide in order.
Bus Usage Fees:
2023 School Year
Casual use of the bus is available by arrangement, with a $5.00 fee payable for each trip
Students requiring casual use of the Investigator College buses are encouraged to make contact with the College Reception. Ability to offer spaces to casual users is subject to capacity, with priority of spaces going to regular users on each route/service.

Should you have any questions, or require any assistance with beginning to use Schoolbox, please contact our friendly ICT Team.
Investigator College make every effort to ensure our bus service remains affordable for our students and their families. This co-contribution assists with the maintenance, upkeep and on-road costs for our bus fleet.
Schoolbox » Overview
Students
When logging into Schoolbox as a student, our learners are able to access learning materials and resources for each of their classes, view their personal timetable, communicate with their class or subject teachers, and receive notifications and updates relevant to their class, year level or House. Students can also access the College Calendar, and keep track of any work or assignments that might be due.
Parents/Caregivers
When logging into Schoolbox, our Parents/Caregivers will be able to view notifications and updates relevant to their specific children, access our College Calendar, provide permission for upcoming excursions, view academic reports and communicate directly with teaching and learning staff. Parents/Caregivers are also able to view upcoming work for each child enrolled, to assist with supporting learning at home.
